• Private organising clients

• Self-managed NDIS participants

NDIS PLAN-MANAGED RATE

$73.58 per hour

Capacity-building sessions may be provided under Skill Development and Training (15_037_0117_1_3), where appropriate to the participant’s goals and approved funding.

Funding suitability will be confirmed with the participant’s plan manager before services begin.

All rates are charged per organiser, per hour.

Minimum Session Length

3-hour minimum per session

This allows time to:

• Build practical systems

• Support skill development

• Work at a safe, achievable pace

• Ensure meaningful progress toward goals

Travel

Travel time of up to 45 minutes each way from Bendigo CBD is included in the hourly rate.

Travel outside this area may incur additional charges and will be discussed prior to booking.

Invoicing

• Invoices are issued weekly unless otherwise arranged.

• Payment terms: 7 days

• For plan-managed participants, invoices are sent directly to the nominated plan manager.

• For self-managed participants, invoices are sent to the participant or nominee.

Overdue invoices may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

Consumables & Organisational Products

Organisational products (e.g. storage containers, drawer dividers) are not included in the hourly rate.

Where required:

• Recommendations will be discussed and approved prior to purchase.

• Items may be purchased directly by the participant, or

• Purchased on behalf of the participant and invoiced at cost.

Consumables will not be claimed from NDIS funding unless agreed and compliant with the participant’s plan.

Cancellations

• More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: Up to 100% of the scheduled session fee may be charged in accordance with NDIS guidelines
